Hi Why am I being charged seller fee's when I didn't sell anything. The item I did have posted was not paid for so I removed the item

hi .. If you want your final value fee back  , an unpaid dispute must be filed and closed after 4 days..

PS ..can restore a deleted listing.. click deleted link is myebay sell , select the item and click undelete.
