Hello everyone.
I have a detailed customer service policy on my ebay auction items. I want to change that.
I put my policy on my blog and I want to know can I link to that policy FROM my ebay items

You're making selling more complicated than it needs to be. Buyers don't read so having a bunch of details could be easily overlooked if they don't describe the item being sold.
Sometimes less is more.

TLDR
Too long, didn't read.
All your customer needs to know is that you will refund on return. Which is Paypal's standard and if you take PP, and you have to take PP, you take returns and make refunds.
Return for refund.
Everything else is not only irrelevant but discourages purchases, because you are admitting that you have so many problem transactions that you have to make a complicated set of instructions.
Why should anyone buy from you if they are going to have a lot of problems?
