How do I manage my taxes?

I run a store in a strip mall and am looking to sell my products on eBay. If I make a tax table do I just charge appropriate tax to each province? What about out of country sales? I do have a business number but if I'm not turning tons in sales should I even register as a business? Any response is appreciated.
