I had a 'return item' case that I resolve

I had a 'return item' case that I resolve thru paypal.   I didn't pass on ebay so now my 'return item' case is still open in ebay.   How can I close it without reimburse customer a second time ??    Help please, thank you

If you opened it, you can close it. If your buyer opened...

If you opened it, you can close it.

If your buyer opened it, she can close it.

If you ignore it, eventually it will close itself.
