Another place to check would be in your PayPal account under your purchase history.  That goes back for-ev-ah...

If you can find the payment in Paypal , use the Details link to find the item.

If you can't find the payment then for some reason you (or eBay) did not complete the purchase.

If you find the payment go here:

http://resolutioncenter.ebay.ca/

and start an Item Not Recieved dispute.

Watch that the seller is stil active and has not become Not A Registered User. If he is NARU go here:

http://resolutioncenter.ebay.ca/

and start the dispute to get a refund. That seller has been bounced from the site as a scammer.
