Is it me or eBay's shipping system is screwed up?

All I want to say is that eBay has to fix their shipping system.

First, why do you offer only UPS and Canada Post on the listings???? Maybe I ship with FedEx or Purolator or DHL!

Second, I put my prices for shipping depending on location. Example, for Europe customers I charge 55.00$. By Europe, I mean France, England, Italy, etc. When someone from Russia buys something, I don't want to charge them 55.00$. I need to charge them more. But eBay doesn't let me put for Russia, a separate shipping price. What is this nonsense? I'm losing money every time by paying from my pocket!

Fix this issue.

#1 - there are dozens of possible carriers, they can't list them all so they use the ones that you can purchase labels for through PayPal

#2 - Use the shipping calculator instead of Flat-Rate if you want to charge different amounts for each country (only works for Canada Post)
