Cannot tell from looking.  Did this Community previously display the author of the last post (directly under the link to the last post in a thread).  It's a convenient feature not just to know who but when.  It is easier to remember who the last poster was and not the when, reduces checking inside a post to see nothing new.

Font test

I have to up it to size 4 in order to read what I'm even writing. But I'm in Google Chrome. A couple of times I've chatted in IE and it looks too big. What are you on?

I used to up it to '6' on the old platform because it was really tiny, but on the CA boards the '3' font is equal to the '4' font here. I could do a side by side screen shot.

I didn't know there was a place we could sort of test this out on. I'm using Quick Reply to avoid the "in reply to" fiasco. But you can't use anything but plain text.

Is anyone else getting random words in red and underlined that is more or less an ad? I think I have a virus on my PC right now so I'm trying to figure out if it's because of that or are others getting this too?

No, not seeing anything like that, shabbychicandpink.

What web-browser / version are you using when you see these?

Used to have problem w/ random, underlined words appearing in news-stories

and various forum postings, (not eBay DF's, though), linked to adverts

when I was trying out Google Chrome in 2011...

(Which is why I dropped Chrome and returned to Firefox for its superior ad-blocking capabilities)

Thanks for the info. I have a really nasty malware on my laptop. It's been identified apparently but so far 3 different malware/virus programs, including a bright shiny new Norton paid subscription can't take care of it. Agh!
