Having a hard time managing items. Before I have received and left feedback, items go to Archive & I lose pictures. Very frustrating as I can't see items and am unable to see details. HELP!!
Try setting the time period in your purchase history to longer than 60 days, that way the items won't be archived before the time limit to leave feedback expires.
