PayPal too much power?

Not applicable

I had a buyer telling me that she called PayPal and PayPal agreed with her that I shouldn't charge the shipping cost.

Now my listings include shipping costs but she is not happy and called PayPal asking if she should get $$ back for shipping cost and PayPal said yes!!

What kind of hogwash is that PayPal think they can say that???

PayPal, bug out!!

PayPal, you must tell buyers that they must abide what the listings said like having to pay shipping cost when they buy or bid on any items!  Don't have too much power over the sellers.  Mind your own business.  Thanks.

???!

You're trusting your buyer to truthfully tell you what paypal really said?

Your buyer should do something about her pants. They seem to be on fire.

First put her on your Blocked Bidder List.

If she has not paid in four days (96 hours) open an Unpaid Item Dispute. Close it in another four days (unfortunately it does take that long) and relist.
