Feedback Error

Sorry, you have no feedback. You cannot respond to feedback you don't have.

Got the same error last month, and "corrected" itself over time (like, weeks).  What kind of incompetence is this?

On the bright side, this gives you time to cool down before leaving a Response.

The most effective Responses, like the most effective feedback, are calm and factual.

Vulgarity (even disguised) and rudeness are not helpful.

Who do you think reads your feedback and your Responses?

Not your fellow sellers.

And the customer is already annoyed with you.

The reader is your future customer. And she will judge you on your Response, not the buyer you are lashing out at.

Oh, so this is eBay again making a decision on what's best for my account?  Meanwhile the Neg/Neutral sits there for 3 weeks with no response.

When I go to my feedback page, scroll to the bottom and click on reply to feedback received, it looks as if I could leave a reply to any of the feedback although I didn't go as far as to try to do it. When is it stopping you?

If you go to eBay.com, rather that eBay.ca it will work fine.

Ebay was a pretty decent site TWENTY YEARS AGO.

Now it's ... well, just what it is
