It would be nice but since ebay done away with negative feedback for buyers

it cannot be done.

The problem is that everyone has a different definition of "scammer".  Too often we see sellers claiming a buyer filing a claim for non-receipt is a "scammer".  No proof, no evidence - just a blanket judgement.

 

It would be totally unfair to all if we start using someone else's definition of "scammer".

and I totally agree.  When you see some buyers rants about things they should have known before they purchased, they are impatient, not educated about ebay, etc. it definitely wouldn't make sense.
