return request denied

Tried to return this as it cracked shortly after receiving, the seller simply denies the request and I am left to go in circles???

I have tried to contact eBay through the usual methods but since request has been denied they have removed the listing and I do not know what to do, Help please..

EBay may require the seller to send you a return shipping label, or you may have to return the item to the seller on your own dime. In either case, be sure to use Confirmed Delivery or tracking.

If you already did that and were turned down, go to your Paypal account and find the transaction.

PP hides its Resolution Centre at the top of each page under Tools.

You will be required to return the item to the seller with Confirmed Delivery.

Once you can show that the seller has the item back, PP will refund you your original payment, but not the return shipping.
