Seller has reneged saying the item had sold elsewhere at the same time I purchased.A

As a buyer and seller, I've been on both sides of the fence, however, I've never had a situation where a seller has cancelled my purchase saying the item I purchased magically sold at the same time or just before I purchased. 

Although my $$ has been returned I'm left with no product or result for my time.  I'm wondering what others have experienced here and what they've done to bring some resolution.

Nothing you can do to get the item,

However ,

You can leave the appropriate Feedback

and DSR ratings.

Leaving 0 in the rating won't do anything but leaving 1s will

affect their ability to sell.
