Seller took my money and disappeared!!

I bought a dress from ebay, and I was charged for it. I paid the money but then the item and the seller disappeared!! What should  I do?

Hi, saw your question and thought I would take a stab at answering, okay so a few questions of my own,

1) When did you pay for this dress?

2) What type of feedback does the seller have?

3) Is the seller a store?

4) Also what country is this dress coming from?

If it has been less than 45 days, file an item not received dispute through paypal's resolution centre.
