The Case is not intended for a Soprano Sax. The length on the inside is 22 " The Soprano Sax is 25" without the Mouth Piece.
THE HORN DOES NOT FITT. Check for yourself !!!
Suggestion , refund the money. It is not worth the trouble to Ship it Back

Also, you could open an Item Not as Described Case with ebay in the Resolution Centre. If the case is said to fit an instrument which it does not, the seller is obligated to fund return postage with tracking.
