Does anyone else have the problem of adding tracking numbers on the item sold page. I think I have been successful about 3 times when I hit the add tracking number icon on the page. A box actually appears where you can enter the tracking number along with the postal service used. Many other times I have tried to add the tracking number but the box to enter the number does not show up on the page so there is nowhere to input the number. I will be the first to admit I am not a computer genius but am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch in the system? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Happens every now and again ... Refresh ...back and forth ... Clear cookies.. one of those usually works for me....

Go to eBay.com... eBay US..
Then My eBay and ... sold .... listings.
Add tracking numbers without any problem.

i followed ur directions (same as on help site) to a "T". Didnt work!

When I manually enter tracking numbers, it almost always fails on the first try, and almost always works just fine on the second try - it's like I need to tell it twice! lol!
