Am I correct in that combined shipping doesn't work if the value of the
combined items is more than 1200 Canadian? It also doesn't work for
items that were subject to a best offer. This is really stupid as I
thought EIS was supposed to work on items ...

AM I TO BELIEVE THAT KSA GRADING IS SO VASTLY INFERIOR TO PSA GRADING

I have listed a couple of baseball trading cards. They are o-pee-chee
brand so the country of origin is Canada. One shows an import fee to the
US of $1.03. The other shows an import fee to the US of $300 +. This is
crazy.
That is all well and good. But it seems whenever I try to remove the
other shipping methods and just leave the EIS it shows "I may not ship
to the US" Very frustrating.
I am really beginning to hate EIS. Just had a customer from the US
purchase an item from me but selected Standard International Shipping
instead of the EIS.. Had to inform the customer I can't ship unless he
selects EIS as I have no mechanism to do i...
