Turbo Lister Problem

I am unable to click on " Next " after I add my description in the description builder. 
Everytime I do a listing it shifts a bit to the point I am unable to move the screen around so I can click " Next " in the bottom. 

Is there keys I click on or something to allow me to continue listing?

To resolve this issue, please use the key combination of ALT + S to save the Description Builder.
