I know this is a really old thread but did you all see it? Its still relevant today as a topic when sellers don't always believe buyers who file INR but it can happen even when an item says DELIVERED.  It is the problem with the so-called "safe drop" and not just with drivers but anyone going by.  This one is good too, or I thought so.
