Hi, I tried to upload my logo as eBay requests, on the "upload photo" icon but the seller said he wasn't able to download a logo or photo from his ebay email and wanted me to use the photo he'd uploaded and said there was an email address on that I should use. He became rude when I finally after four attempts asked for a refund if he couldn't supply me with an address that would upload my logo. I wasn't rude but he told me if I "couldn't follow directions" "good luck with getting a vanity plate." He did refund my money but was rude about it. Should I report this seller? And why couldn't he use my logo if I used the eBay upload photo icon? I'm a senior but not new to eBay, don't understand this transaction. First transaction I've had that hasn't been pleasant. Kenna
