What is active content in a listing?

I am trying to use the additional description section in my Return Policy file and I keep getting an error message:

The additional return policy details contains active content.

Anyone know what this means and how I can get the additional info into the profile?

Possibly someone got fancy instead of using "outside links"?

I don't think think that is the solution, as I didn't try to enter any links into the field. Thanks for the effort, but there must be another answer. It seems strange to me that there is no explanation from ebay for the error message.
