What to do? Buyer not responsive.

Buyer made a purchase 5 days ago, gave 2 addressed during check out.

I send a message every single days asking which address is correct, no replay. I emailed he, no replay

I phoned her yesterday, did not pick up the phone, I left a message asking her to check her email/ebay message, no respond.

I couldn't send her item because of double address she gave.

I checked both ebay and paypal has the same address.

What to do now?

Waiting until she finally aware about it  or just refund her payment?

Sigh something like this will create defect without my fault.

I would probably wait until after the weekend and then if you still don't hear from the buyer, refund them and cancel the transaction using the reason that there was something wrong with the address.

Where do you see the two different addresses... on the Paypal email notifying you that they paid?

 

You might have better luck writing to them at their email address listed on ebay and at the Paypal one too if that is different.

She gave like this on paypal confirmed address.

Any idea which one is correct.

She is new buyer, only have 4 feedback, I believe she is not ware about it.

Check Canada Post's postal code look up.

Most codes are only a couple of city blocks (sometimes only part of a single apartment building) so if one of those addresses is incorrect you will be able to see which.

 

50th Street and 44th street should be six blocks apart, so they would not usually both have the exact same postal code.

There are two different postal codes on the screenshot.

That's very bizarre that there are two addresses there.

If I check in order detail using selling manager, buyer put the first address in the line 1 and second address in the line 2.

How long should I better wait for her to respond?

I read somewhere before that we must ship item within 7 days after payment.

It is not a big money (under $15), but money still money, don't want get email I did not receive the item by sending to one of that address.

Finally I got her respond today.
Thanks for suggestion to wait until weekend. Looks like some people only open their email during weekend 🙂
