This isn't a question -- just some info that I thought might be useful to someone. Most of my sales are in US $, but sometimes I also have a small amount of CDN $ in my account. I asked Paypal how to withdraw small amounts without being charged a fee for doing so, and they told me to do this:
Example: You have CD $6 and US $500 in your account. You should convert the US $500 to CD $ and then withdraw the total CDN $ amount. (They said don’t change the CD $ to US $, because it will be converted again when you withdraw the $.)
Steps to change the currency:
On the Home page, click Summary.
Click Paypal Balance.
Click Manage Currencies.
Change the US $ amount to CD $.
