can a seller use email money transfer as a choice for accepting payments from buyers?

I believe it can be done only if buyer and seller both have Canadian bank accounts.

You can't put that in your listings and you can't suggest to a customer that they pay that way. However, if the buyer suggests it first, that's fine.
