I had the same happen to me and ebay says I cant make a claim because it was more than 45 days ago. the seller kept asking me to be patient and they were sending another item and then the seller wouldn't answer my emails. I really feel that it is extremely bad business on ebays part to tell me I cant do anything about it.  I use ebay on a regular basis and it really disappoints me that this is how I am treated

you have to report in 45 days,you could have filed and then cancelled if you received.item.dont let anyone talk you into waiting,45 days is all you have.
