sometimes when i log in, i cannot access my cart? i have sen it at the top right..

The cart icom is often absent and have tried to pull it up ...i have run out of options..how do i find it..

The cart is only available when logged into ebay.com

Everytime you find it "absent", means you're logged into ebay.ca where it's not available.
