All 5 Best Offers auto-declined -Now what?

Hi,
I recently used up all 5 best offers on a listing. They were all auto-declined by the Ebay system as per the sellers settings. I sent the seller a message but no response. My question is, How long do I have to wait before I get to submit another Best Offer? (As a side note, I dont understand why some sellers idea of a discount is a shiny dollar. Seems bad practice to me.)

I believe you have to wait until the next time the listing renews. For fixed price, that can be a wait of 1 to 31 days depending on when the listing was started.

As for only allowing a small discount, some sellers do that to block ebay from adding the offer option to their listing (with no auto-decline).
