Another GSP/Intelcom delivery problem - What do I do?

Hello everyone, I know this issue has been discussed before, so I wanted to know how to proceed. My delivery was carried by Intelcom and I received an email showing the item being "delivered" with "proof of delivery" being a scrawl which appears to be "NA". I live in a condo building and all deliveries are received and signed for by the concierge. On this day no packages were received for my unit and there is nobody with these initials works here. I am hesitant to contact the seller because I have purchased from them before and they did everything properly in getting the item to the GSP center so I am concerned about burning my bridges with them.  Is there a way to contact eBay directly about this without filing an "item not received" claim with the seller? Please help as this was a pretty expensive item. Thanks.

File the Item Not Recieved Claim and note that it was a GSP shipment. That will take the pressure off the seller.

Then use social media to contact eBay employees with the actual problem. Have the report number in hand.

Be ready to file a police report which won't help with recovery, but will be useful in negotiating a refund.

If you file an item not received claim the bots will see that the package shows as delivered and most likely automatically deny the claim.  You would probably be better off to first contact intelcom and see if they will help.  I thought that someone mentioned in another thread that they take a picture when they deliver the package..did they show you a picture?

 

If contacting telecom doesn't help contact cusotmer service for ebay on facebook or twitter.

Thanks for the reply PJ, there was no picture other than those phantom initials (no actual picture of the package). I figured the automated bots would deny the INR claim since the tracking shows the item as being delivered, which is why I posted my question here. I will try contacting Intelcom/eBay CS and see where it goes. Thx again!

You may be better off calling CS first (NOT the telephone- use the typed message ones above- those are actual eBay employees not subcontractors in Utah).
