How long does Ebay keep a case open for? It's been 20 days so far...

Hi,

   I opened a not received case (the first in over 5 years).  I opened it on December 2nd.  I checked today and I have 2 options "Email the seller" (which I did on the 2nd) or "Close case".  I can't close the case because I haven't been refunded and the seller won't contact me.  There's no escalation button.  I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do next.  Do I open a case in PayPal and forget Ebay?  Thanks in advance

Don't close the case.

Email again. No restriction on sending another reminder to the Seller.

Ands what was the last estimated date for delivery? You have 30 days from that date to open the Dispute.
