Hi,
I opened a not received case (the first in over 5 years). I opened it on December 2nd. I checked today and I have 2 options "Email the seller" (which I did on the 2nd) or "Close case". I can't close the case because I haven't been refunded and the seller won't contact me. There's no escalation button. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do next. Do I open a case in PayPal and forget Ebay? Thanks in advance
