Hi, Buy sent a cancel request 3 days ago. I was away, got back today,
tried to accept the cancel but Ebay won't let me because it's 3 days
old.. Says to contact buyer. On 'orders' page I go to cancel, says I
can't because there's already an open canc...
Anyone else seeing this? I have an 89.00 CAD item. It's in my cart. I

Buyer buys something from me, messages me and says he didn't get
something I clearly stated was not included in both decription and
title. I sold him a cover only. I tell him no refund, he can return it

Buyer is asking for a refund as they're saying a region free disc
doesn't work for them, which doesn't make sense, but it is what it is. I
went to refund the buyer and it gives me an error message saying it
can't do it. The refund is only for $16.35....
Also buyer emailed me today saying they don't want the item, but they
can't cancel because I didn't accept the cancellation. I guess at this
point I'll just do nothing and let Ebay cancel after a while. Nobody
wants this transaction to happen at this...

takes me to a page that says; "We couldn't complete the cancellation
because you didn't respond to the request...
