I see you have added the information that the item was ordered June 8.

Today is June 20/21.

It will take more than 12 days for your item to arrive.

That is not the seller's fault. It is part of the pandemic problem. All shipping is slow.

I have been selling mail order for 35+ years. In normal times delivery within North America takes about 20 days.

I would not be concerned until at least Friday June 26.  It will arrive.

According to the listing: 1 day to ship + estimated delivery within 12-17 business days.
It has only been 8 business days since your purchase.
eBay's estimated delivery date hasn't elapsed.
It's shipped through the Global Shipping Program, so will likely not arrive any time soon.
And as I'm sure you are aware, there is a global pandemic mucking up the works; which includes deliveries.

That probably means your delivery may arrive about the beginning of the NHL Play-ins.

Consider all that for a moment.

After eBay's estimated delivery date passes, message the seller.
If you're still not satisfied,  open an 'item not received' claim.

Go to the Resolution Centre and follow the directions.

If you are determined to open a case now, the the Resolution Centre will state the earliest date and time you can do so.

You purchased your item from PR with the Global Shipping Program. First it will have to get to the GSP Hub in Kentucky. Because GSP is a spoke and wheel system items do not move in a direct line. From there it will be processed for customs and then forwarded on to Mississauga. From Mississauga it will be forwarded to your location. Either with Canadapost or as of late Apple Express if you are in the GTA. Under normal circumstances with GSP expect delivery in 2 to 3 weeks. With Covid, nothing is normal  Always best to understand there could be delays with any delivery.

Please note: Remember expected shipping is Business Days. Best not to include weekends in your count. For my location in Canada it says 12 to 17 business days.

Most items ordered right now are 4 weeks plus to arrive. This is not the fault of the seller. If you cannot wait that long, or in some cases longer, maybe you should not order things online. I doubt it's a life or death purchase. Be patient, it will arrive eventually.
