I was robbed by seller

At the bottom of this page is the ResolutionCentre.

Open an Item Not As Described dispute.

The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.

You've already tried that, so go on to the next step.

Ask eBay to step in and escalate to a Claim.

The seller will be told to send you a Return Shipping Label.

If he doesn't*, he will lose the Claim and you will be refunded

If he does, send off the broken item. Make sure the Shipping Label includes Proof of Delivery.

When the item shows as delivered to the seller, you will be refunded,

You have only 30 days from delivery for this, so act immediately.

If the 30 days have passed, you can claim through Paypal, but it requires you to pay for return delivery.

* And if he is not in Canada, this is actually impossible, but eBay doesn't want to know that.

I was robbed by seller

I bought an item and never received it from US..

You might as well talk to a monkey than try to get help from either ebay or paypal.

Just buy an item click on refund **bleep** button and it says already to late right after purchase.

Half the positive comments about sellers are fake new...lol

Have fun
