Hello sir,

I ordered 5 boxes of medicine and paid US$19.00. It is 3 months that I have not received my parcel.

Can any one check what is my status?

I can give you whatever information  is needed.

This is a member to member Board, rarely visited by eBay staff.

EBay does have a Money Back Guarantee.

EBay gave you a last estimated date for delivery. What was that date?

You have 30 days after that date to make a Dispute for Item Not Received in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

If your purchase can no longer be found in your Items Purchased list, it is because eBay purges lists after 60 days.

Don't Panic!

Your transaction is still on your Paypal account, and PP also offers strong Buyer Protection for 180 days from payment.

In addition, if you back your PP account with a credit card, you can use their chargeback system to get a refund.

Start with eBay.

You will need the transaction number, which is in your Selling -> Purchase-> Orders, under the title.

The same list gives you the last estimated date for delivery.

If you are no more than 30 days past that you can open a Dispute.

The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.

If you do (it's voluntary) just ask for the tracking number and and a refund.

Mostly you want a refund.

Do NOT get into a conversation.

Do NOT accept an offer of  replacement. It will not arrive either.

Ask eBay to step in and Escalate to a Claim.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

If you passed the deadline for an eBay Dispute, go to your Paypal account.

The PP Resolution Centre is under Tools at the top of your PP account page.

The process is the same.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

The credit card is your last chance. Do the PP and eBay Disputes first because those will affect the seller's account and that will help future buyers.

Your credit card has a 1-800 number for customer service on the back of the card.  Have the transaction numbers for both eBay and PP handy, know the estimated date for delivery.  Card policies vary.

If you need more help, come back here and ask more questions.
