I contacted a Seller about an item he/she has listed as I think the item has been recalled for safety reasons. The Seller replied that he/she is unsure.

The item is a Martha Stewart Tea Kettle that was originally sold by Macy's.

The Listing Number is: 313371744624. Please note the Seller has it listed as a Tea Pot instead of Tea Kettle.

These kettles were pulled off the shelf.

Advise the seller that selling items that have been recalled for safety reasons is a violation of eBay’s Product Safety Policy and as diplomatically as possible suggest that it’s in their best interest to take the listing down themselves rather than have eBay do it.
