Received email apologizing for canceling order.

Hi, this is my first post. Recently, I paid for an item, and a few days later I received an email apologizing for canceling my order, along with a five dollar coupon. I was confused about this and searched up and found out that I was supposed to get some thing that would ask if I would accept a refund. However, I have received nothing asking about this. I personally think that the seller might of had an issue on shipping the item, and is trying to ship it again. Should I be worried, and if I should, how should I resolve this issue?

Also, it still says when I look at purchased that, it still says my item is working on being shipped.

The $5 coupon is a gracious gesture, but you still need to check PayPal to see if the transaction has been refunded.
If you received a full refund, the matter is resolved and you can move on.

If you do not receive a full refund, ask the seller for clarification.

Ultimately, if you don't receive a full refund, and you don't receive the item after eBay's estimated delivery date, open an "I haven't received it yet" case.
Go to the Resolution Centre and follow the directions.
