Seller asking how to refund me

Hello,

I am having issues of an item that I bought two months ago and never received. I did tried to ask the seller to refund me. Now this seller is asking me how to refund me? What a stupid question because they should know how I paid. What do I do and how do I get my money back?

Re: Seller asking how to refund me

If you received the item less than  30 days ago, go to the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute in the Resolution Centre.

The seller will be told to provide Proof of Delivery. Since he cannot, you will be refunded.

If he does not do this voluntarily, eBay will refund you and go after him for their money. There will be other consequences for him.

If more than 30 days have passed since the last estimated date for delivery that eBay gave you, go instead to Paypal.

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

The rest of the system is pretty much the same.

Proof of delivery (not shipping, delivery) or you get a refund.

And if that fails, there is the chargeback function of the credit card you use to back your PP account.

But you have to start the process, if you want eBay/PP/cc to help you.

Oh- there is a suggestion that you contact the seller. You've done that. Skip it. It's not a command.
