Not at this point. What you're seeing appears pretty normal for an item handled through the eBay International Shipping service.
The time to start worrying about tracking information or lack thereof is when your item is estimated to arrive. Other than that, what happens or doesn't happen between the seller's location and your location is largely of limited consequence.
The tracking history for an item I recently purchased from the US that was forwarded through eBay International Trading showed a nine period of no scan information whatsoever. It still reached me before the last estimated delivery date.
