The Global Shipping Program is a glorified forwarding service.
Items destined for Canada are shipped to the Global Shipping Center in Kentucky by the sellers’ choice of carrier. After Kentucky, they’re usually shipped up to Mississauga with a mail freight forwarder such as Canpar, go through customs, and then handed off to Canada Post and/or another carrier. This carrier may get it to your door or hand it off to yet another carrier before reaching you.
You can sometimes get a link to the tracking site for the last carrier on file through a PitneyBowes tracking site. The link to that info is just below the “progress meter”:
