I did Not receive the item.

item was came in canada but returned to the korean seller.

Also I have evidence about returning korea post tracking No. RR460796928KR

Seller completely received already the items.

but paypal just closed my dispute case.

because seller have the item shipping tracking no.

today I opend Appeal to paypal.

I try to contact seller but seller did not answer.

Please help me.

The dispute wasn't closed because the seller had a tracking number. The dispute was likely closed because the tracking information states "delivery completed". In your appeal, you should point out that the "delivery" information doesn't show that delivery was made at your address.
