shipping time vs when to make a claim?

Bought an item from a seller in china. Have bought from this seller before however the current item bought jan 7, 2018 says "Wed, Jan 24 - Tue, Mar 13" for delivery estimate. Now a little bit of simple math shows that the 60 day period would be elapsed already before the stated high end of delivery time is reached. Do ebay staffers not know how to do simple math?

So what gives here? At that point no feedback can be left.

INR claims on eBay for your example: March 14-April 13

claims on PayPal would be until: July 6

Re: shipping time vs when to make a claim?

EBay allows claims for 30 days AFTER the last estimated date for arrival.

Paypal allows claims for 180 days after PAYMENT.

The 60 days is the time allowed to leave feedback, which is completely voluntary and is not a metric used by eBay to measure seller performance.

You could open a Claim with Paypal right now if you wanted.
