 I did not get the same product that I ordered. How is it possible?

I would surmise someone made an error. Go to the Resolution Centre and open an Item Not as Described case. Don't accept a replacement unless you have already a good business relationship wit the seller from previous transactions AND it can be sent with tracking to arrive within a week. Too often the replacement offer is a stall tactic and nothing ever comes.

Contact the seller.

If not happy with the response open an Item-Not-As-Described case (link is with your eBay purchase details on the dropdown menu).
