How do I contact the seller ?  The ring I purchased is advertised as '925 Sterling Silver' but during the sizing process at the jewellers, it was found to NOT be 925 Sterling Silver and portions of the band have discoloured. Thank you.

Contacting the seller is just the first step.

If the seller does not give a useful answer-- which I would consider to be an immediate full refund with no requirement to return the item to China*- immediately open an Item Not As Described dispute.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It won't be any better and it will arrive past the deadline.

If the Dispute does not work out, go to the credit card you actually paid with (PP is just a mediator), phone the 1-800 customer service number and start a chargeback.

*Because it was from China, right? It always is.
