Trying to bid on a note and Ebay says the vendor wont ship to canada. Vendor says they use global shipping Program.    Bought lots from US before and never had an issue.

Have you tried placing your bid on both the .ca and .com sites?

Also check the list of excluded countries on the “Shipping” portion of the listing to ensure that Canada didn’t somehow get snuck in there.

The Global Shipping Program does allow sellers to Block any country they wish,while still forwarding to the others.

Ask the seller if he is willing to opt out of the Block for you in particular or if he is even aware that Canada is Blocked.

So many Canadians whined about the GSP when the duty and tax free allowance was a mingy $20 Cdn, that he may have just taken a scunner to us all.
