Are the advantages to Being Paid In USD?

I am wondering why that could be advantageous?  as listings from ebay.ca do go to ebay.com if you checked the box for international selling and they do show up on ebay.com in usd prices even though listed in Cdn$ on ebay.ca.  i am wondering what are the advantages to doing so? If i am missing something i would love to know. Thanks

When you say “being paid in USD” do you mean getting your Managed Payments payouts deposited in a Canada-based US dollar account or do you mean listing in US dollars and having buyers pay you in that currency?
