I'm trying to fill out a return item, and when I attempt to upload a photo, it does nothing after I pick the photo to upload. The photo doesn't show as uploaded. Nor is there any error etc.
I have adblocks disabled for ebay. I tried chrome and firefox. I also tried using the mobile app as well as my desktop. File is a 700kb jpg.
