How to write written recommendation for Ebay Customer Service?

Would like to send an email to Ebay describing the wonderful customer service I have received - I do not see a 'contact us' button.

I think it's really important to be able to say 'thank you!' for service that exceeds expectations. Would be nice to do. 

Ebay, please help!
