You have a limited amount of time to void a label. Forty-eight hours from the moment it was printed. Do not delay. There should be a link to click in the confirmation email sent to your regular email after the label was printed. Or go to your paypal account and find it in your account history. Just as a note of caution, once your label is voided, you MUST watch to see that your postage paid is actually refunded to you. Sometimes the postal carrier forgets to issue that refund. Follow-up calls to Canada Post and/or Paypal may be necessary. Good luck to you.
