Paypal is making some changes that will affect eBayers dealing with Disputes and Claims.
- You are now eligible for Purchase Protection even if you pay for an item with multiple payments.
- We have updated the list of items that are not eligible for Purchase Protection*
- For ‘Item Not Received’ claims, all buyers must now wait at least 7 days from the date of payment before escalating a dispute.

Items equivalent to cash, including but not limited to gift cards
- Payments on crowdfunding platforms
- Digital currencies and items that have or are capable of having a stored monetary value attached to them such as vouchers, gift and prepaid cards
- Activities involving gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize
- Anything purchased from or an amount paid to a government agency
