Paypal does not disclose the card numbers of their clients -- that's the main reason they are in business , the anonymous verifiction of payments.
Paypal charges sellers (but not buyers) various fees including a non-refundable 30c service fee, a percentage of the total payment (including shipping and sales taxes), and a fee for processing international payments (including US/Canada payments).
Are you the Seller?
How much was the total payment your customer sent?
Are you enrolled in Managed Payments? Since you have not been selling for a year or more, this may take a little time.
Are you the Buyer?
Did you have enough of a balance in your Paypal account to cover the entire payment? Is the credit card that was charged the one you use to back your PP account?
