A buyer refunded my purchase and didn’t cooperate with the return so now eBay is screwing me

I tried to send a return label to the buyer but I didn’t have a return address and they didn’t send me their address and I couldn’t find it in my email so now eBay is taking $250 out of my bank account and refuses to send me my product back

How did the customer pay originally?
If you go to your My eBay-> Selling-> Order Details-> All Orders you can see the purchase.

Now scroll down the left hand Action column to View Order Details and there is the address you shipped to.

Since you are new, you may be able to get your money back - maybe, perhaps, possibly- by going to the eBay employees on social media.

Write out your problem and proofread it before posting. (Your title on this post is confusing, you can do better).

The staff covering FaceBook have a good reputation.

Explain that you didn't know how to find the address for the return shipping label and ask if this can be corrected.

Get used to ebay screwing you. I've never experienced anything like this place. No support whatsoever to sellers. I'm leaving, but wanted to ask a question regarding other peoples' experiences with ebay "support." As far as I'm concerned, the cops need to get involved. This is not going to end here with me. I think the sellers put up with too much **bleep** from these shysters.
